Duplicate proficiency replacement fix

Upcast spell damage fixes

Fixed upcast spells showing the dice of their lowest upcast level instead of the selected slot level.
Fixed wrong upcast damage progressions for Disintegrate and Finger of Death and added some missing upcast damage/healing for other spells.
Fixed the cleric Sacred Archery defensive blessing not granting light and medium armor proficiency.
Fixed dwarves having their speed reduced by heavy armor.

Multiclass spellcasting fixes

Fixed multiclass spellcasters getting the spell slots of only one of their classes. They now use the multiclass spellcasting rules to determine their spell slots.
Fixed the prepared spells button crashing for multiclass spellcasters where one of their classes does not prepare spells.

Level down and ranger maneuver fixes

Fixed rangers not learning new combat maneuvers at 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th level.
Fixed levelling a character down leaving behind class levels above the character level, which could corrupt class selections and replace lower level class features (e.g. picking a class again offered the wrong level).
Characters affected by the level down bug are now automatically repaired when opened.

Initiative Tracker and Encounters

Added an initiative tracker and encounter system to manage combat. Add monsters and characters to the active initiative list, save encounters to use them later.
Changes to character sheets now sync to all online users in the same campaign. This means that GMs can watch PC health in the initiative list or on their character sheets.

Bug fixes while we work on the Monster update

Fixed heavy shield not granting expertise die to dex saves.
Fixed warlocks gaining 4th level spells one level too early.
Fixed proficiencies being granted by 1st level classes when multiclassing.
Removed starting equipment sections from 1st level classes when multiclassing.
Fixed an issue where edited armor was not saving the changes.
Fixed extra attacks stacking when multiclassing: You cannot stack multiple instances of the Extra Attack feature from multiple classes, and additional instances of the feature do not add additional attacks.
Fixed Cleric's choice of saving throw being ignored and always using Intelligence even when Charisma was picked

Rogue levels 6 - 10

Fixed an issue with Rogue, Burglar, Unfair Advantage: Backstab altering the sneak attack damage when it should only apply to sneak attacks with a melee weapon.
Added a section for skill features that don't belong under a specific skill.
Changed the Tools and Instruments section to list proficiencies with similar style to skills. These are listed without Ability Modifiers and when clicked to roll the user can select an ability to use (skills roll with their default ability but you can right click to select another score to use).
Improved the appearance of skill specialties and advantages too long to fit, they can now be read in their entirety by hovering

Fixed armor items using incorrect equipped status when toggling equipped checkbox. This will fix issues with features that are or are not applied based on wearing armor.
